Brisbane Weather

Brisbane, located on San Bruno Mountain, enjoys the mild temperatures characteristic of the coastal areas of the San Francisco Peninsula. The irregular topography of the San Bruno Mountains can create dramatically different microclimates.

The climate in Brisbane is mild in the Summer and cool in the Winter. The warmest months are September and October, characteristic of the San Francisco Bay Area. The first rains usually come in late October, with most occurring between November and March. The coldest month is January.

The weather at Viewpoint at the Ridge is influenced by the presence of the main ridge of San Bruno Mountain which can block the marine layer when it moves in from the Pacific. The marine layer is forced to move through the Alemany Gap to the north and the San Bruno Gap to the south, offering protection to our valley.
