The Great Outdoors!

Viewpoint at the Ridge's location on the Northeast Ridge of San Bruno Mountain makes it a very special place to live. This "island" in an urban "sea" is the largest undeveloped open space in an urban area in the United States. San Bruno Mountain State and County Park protects more than 3,300 acres of habitat that support an incredible biodiversity. San Bruno Mountain is home to rare and endangered species of plants and 3 species of endangered butterflies.

Brisbane Lagoon is great for bird watching and fishing, and eventually the San Franicsco Bay Trail will be completed along this stretch of the San Francisco Bay. As it is, there are many areas available for leisurely walking and biking.

It's only a short distance to the Brisbane Marina at Sierra Point. This is a wonderful location for an easy stroll or jog along the San Francisco Bay Trail as it winds uninterrupted from Sierra Point past Oyster Point to the airport.
